Women only beginner strength course.
This will help build confidence in the gym with focus on developing the squat, deadlift and overhead press through performing these moves and also accessory movements to support them. Improving strength and overall fitness will make every days easier, give you more energy and help build a more athletic physique.
A strength training programme changes the focus from negative targets like losing weight to positive targets like improving a lift and being able to perform better. Through improving strength, other benefits will quickly follow.
Start Date: Tuesday 14 January, 18:30hrs for 1hr
Duration: 4 weeks
During this 4 week period, you will also have access to FitStop Romsey gym which will allow you to come to the gym and practice what you have been learning if you wish to do extras.
